The Sweat Games officially kicks off next Saturday

This is a competitive outdoor workout series where we train, compete, and crown a weekly champion.

Week 1 is called Proving Grounds — where everyone finds out where they stand and the first leaderboard points are earned.

Expect:
• Speed drills
• Strength challenges
• Team competition
• Championship round

All fitness levels welcome.

Bring a friend and come ready to work.
