This Saturday I’m hosting Week 2 of The Sweat Games — a competitive outdoor workout designed to push your speed, agility, and conditioning in a fun, high-energy environment.

This is not a bootcamp.
This is a challenge.

What to expect:
• Speed & agility drills
• Team-based competition
• A 5-minute championship round
• A weekly winner crowned

All fitness levels are welcome — everything is scalable.
