COST IS: $35/person includes wreath and (1) one Chadwick's cocktail or mocktail.
Our group is approved to start at 9:15 before the official opening time! lunch somewhere after this event is optional
Almost all our drinks can be made non-alcoholic for those under 21, the designated drivers, or those who just don’t drink. We can take cash or card. Again, no need to prepay or preregister. Pay right when you get there!
We will provide the boughs, wreath frame, floral wire and instructions on how to attach the boughs to the frame. Some decorations will be provided too (red berries and pine cones - while supplies lasts). Please feel free to bring any additional decorative elements that you would like to add (dried flowers, ribbon, faux berries, bows, etc.)
The wreath making events take place OUTSIDE and are WEATHER DEPENDENT. If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, we will make the decision the day before. Check Facebook for updates. The only make up date will be Sat. Dec. 13.
Since we are currently making wreaths outside only, we recommend that you bring gloves and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty and dress warm. We will have our fire pits and heaters on to help keep us cozy and you can step inside the tasting room to warm up at anytime.
Parking is somewhat limited, so if you can carpool we recommend. However, we will have parking attendants in the driveway to help you find a safe space to park so be on the lookout for them. Handicap parking is available just let the parking attendant know when you pull in.
Once you have parked, please locate the flag with a pirate on it outside. This is the check in table. You'll be greeted by Chadwick's employees who will get you all set up for the day.
After you check in, you are welcome to grab your drink or get started on your wreath. We do not hold tables or take reservations. We appreciate your patience as we work to clear tables as quickly as possible.
FOOD: Food trucks are scheduled to be onsite during our wreath making events, but will depend on weather conditions. We will post if there are cancellations.
