Intuitive Writing: Sacral Chakra. Mother Stories.

**Please note: not experience with chakras or writing required. This is all about tapping into your own unique creative energy.

The purpose of this gathering is to connect with the mother stories held in your sacral chakra, clear heavy energy within this center to increase flow, and build a strong sense of community.

Early on my spiritual healing journey someone told me how important it was for me to get my "mother story straight."

She was right.

Our relationship with our own mother is truly foundational. Healing around this relationship is often a significant key to meaningful transformation.

Feel free to bring a picture or object related to your mother or something that you feel represents mothers.

PLEASE NOTE: Your connection to this theme will be completely unique to you and what you want and need. You may connect with your own mother stories, yourself as a mother if you are one, or the archetype of mother (or anything else that suits you). You may enter group having no idea about what to connect with yet I can almost guarantee an idea will intuitively come to you when we gather.

Saturday May 4th 3-5pm we will meet in the magical Windpointe Barn in Freeport, Maine. If weather permits we can spend some time writing outside.

GPS will take you to Flying Point Road. Take a left onto Litchfield Rd. At the end of Litchfield go left onto Windpointe Rd. In just 50 yards or so you will see the sign for the barn and a small parking lot.
