FREE ENTRANCE

The purpose of this group is to do a language exchange and make Korean and non-Korean friends that live or work in Gangnam, Seoul.
Share your language and culture with others.
Proactively learn about others as you share your stories!
Anyone who wants to widen his/her social circle and learn other languages is welcome.

We meet at a latin pub, which I own, in Gangnam that serves some great cocktails, whiskies, and beers, along with the music of your favorite kind :)
Don't worry if you're shy. You'll be warmly greeted by the assistant organizer, Nele or Tabea :)

About Tabea:
My name is Tabea and I am a german exchange student currently studying at Korea University in Seoul.
In my free time I like to meet up with friends, make some music or go exploring outside. Since finishing High School I have always loved travelling and am currently learning my 4th language (Korean 😉).
I am looking forward to meeting you all and hope we have a great time together!

About host:
My name's Minji and I'm the owner of the pub CUBA where the meetups are held.
I'm Korean but I've lived in the States, Taiwan, and Germany for many years so I know how both exciting and tough it can be as a foreigner.

I would like to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling the pressure of being someone else.
You can just chillax without talking much or if you feel like it, talk about yourself. Meet your fellow foreigners and Koreans who live or work near you.
I'll do my best to make you feel comfortable but the rest is up to you :)

I get this question A LOT!! lol Every time is different so you'll just have to take your chances. You can check the participants list and see who's coming.
