★ Why Shuffle? ★
At parties, it’s easy to find small, attractive groups, but sometimes it’s hard to join them. That’s where the shuffle system comes in! We give everyone a "chance" to connect with others at the WelcomeJapan event.

🍹 Drinks
Drinks are purchased directly from the venue.
*The organizer does not sell any food or beverages
You can choose from the following options:
① Single drinks (from ¥500)
② All-you-can-drink (7:30 PM – 10:00 PM, last order 9:30 PM)
All You Can Drink Rules:
・Order a new drink only after finishing your current one
・Sharing drinks with others is not allowed

Start: 7:30pm – End: 10:00pm
・7:30pm - 7:45pm: Sign-up & get your drink
・7:45pm - 9:45pm: Socializing, games, and friendly conversations

🎫 Participation Fee

• Free for Australians 🇦🇺
  Must do: Book on Meetup, get your QR code ticket, arrive by 8:30 PM, and show your passport or residence card at the reception.
  Note: If you check in after 8:31 PM, a 800 yen fee will apply.
• QR Ticket + Online Prepayment: ¥800 (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, credit card)
• QR Ticket + Pay at Venue: ¥1,000 (Cash or PayPay)
• No QR Ticket (SNS reservation only): ¥1,500 (Cash or PayPay)

About Reservations:
Our community also uses the WelcomeJapan website to issue QR tickets because Meetup Japan does not support multiple online payment methods. Obtaining a QR ticket is optional but recommended. Please obtain your QR code ticket at least 30 minutes before the event starts to help ensure smooth event operations and check-in.

・QR Code Ticket: If you have a QR ticket, please show it at the reception. If not, you should fill out a simple form and verify your ID on arrival.

・Event Area: We are using part of the venue as an event space. Please stay within the designated event area during the event.
