★ Why Shuffle? ★
At parties, it’s easy to find small, attractive groups, but sometimes it’s hard to join them. That’s where the shuffle system comes in! We give everyone a "chance" to connect with others at the WelcomeJapan event.
SHUFFLE TIMES: 8:10pm, 8:45pm, & 9:15pm

What you can experience

• Celebrate French National Day with great music

Drinks are purchased directly from the venue. To join the event, please order at least one drink upon arrival.

🎫 Participation Fee

• Free for French people 🇫🇷
  Requirements: Book on Meetup, Obtain the eligible ticket via the official website, and Arrive by 8:30pm and show your passport or residence card at the reception.
  Note: If you check in after 8:31 PM, a 800 yen fee will apply.
• Online prepayment via the official website: ¥800 (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, credit card)
• Book via official website + Pay at the venue: ¥1,000 (Cash or PayPay)
• No official website booking (via Meetup, SNS, etc.): ¥1,500 or cannot participate (Cash or PayPay)

About Reservations:
Our community also uses the WelcomeJapan website to issue tickets because Meetup Japan does not support multiple online payment methods. Obtaining a ticket is optional but recommended. Please obtain your ticket via the official website at least 30 minutes before the event starts to help ensure smooth event operations and check-in.
