At parties, it’s easy to find small, attractive groups, but sometimes it’s hard to join them. That’s where the shuffle system comes in! We give everyone a "chance" to connect with others at the WelcomeJapan event.
SHUFFLE TIMES: 8:10pm, 8:45pm, & 9:15pm

🍸 Drinks
Drinks are purchased directly from the venue. To join the event, please order at least one drink upon arrival.
*The organizer does not sell any food or beverages.
Enjoy drinks starting at ¥500.

Start 7:30pm – End 10:00pm
・7:30pm - 7:45pm: Check-in & get your drink
・7:45pm - 9:45pm: Socializing, games, and friendly conversations

Our community also uses the WelcomeJapan website to issue tickets because Meetup Japan does not support multiple online payment methods. Obtaining a ticket is optional but recommended. Please obtain your ticket via the official website at least 30 minutes before the event starts to help ensure smooth event operations and check-in.
