Life is not always fair, so when bad things happen to good people, you can feel anxious, angry, or depressed. You can feel like blaming other people, or, even worse, blaming yourself. However, none of these will solve your problems, in fact, they will make you a more negative person.
So how do you become a positive person when bad things constantly happen to you?
