· Good pair of hiking shoes/boots
· 2-3L water
· Snacks and lunch
· Sun protection e.g. hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
· First aid and insect repellent
· Waist pack or small backpack strongly recommended

Important note:
There are sections of free-climbing up near vertical cliff-faces, so this hike is not safe to be attempted in wet weather. In the event there is forecast for rain, this event will be cancelled.

This is a challenging and technical day hike for confident and experienced hikers only, as it is extremely steep in places, requires a lot of rock scrambling and unassisted climbing and traverses some exposed ledges en-route.

Car pooling and cost sharing recommended.
