What we’re about
Predominantly women-led deep dives that will introduce existing software engineers of any level to the world of production engineering.
Problem
Only 9% of women in tech work in SRE-related or senior software engineer roles. Anecdotally, many women in tech sessions focus on career progression and soft skill management, but few create a space where women can interact with other women on engineering-focused subject matters.
Our goal
We want to deliver engineering-focused deep dives to women software engineers (i.e. anyone working with the software engineer title or has attempted to write their own web service) of any level who are curious about the world of production and site reliability engineering. The deep dives will be predominantly women led to a predominantly female audience.
