The ultimate and most exciting "Hands On" West-African Fufu and Afro-cocktail dining experience is back and if quick you can grab one of the last few spaces and the opportunity to learn, taste and savour the traditional skills and the variety of awesome flavours that you will not have experienced in such a way before!
What to expect: showcase of a 3 course set menu and 2 non alcoholic cocktails
Upon your arrival, indulge yourself in the finest taste of our Zobolicious cocktail: an elixir of the hibiscus flower with a touch of strawberry flavor.
Mix and mingle with guests while enjoying appetisers with a smorgasbord of sultry ingredients and flavours encompassing:
African honeys, Kaklo (banana *******) prawns, cucumbers and avocado served and presented like you've never experienced before.
Be transported to the heart of Africa and make your own yam and cassava fufu in a traditional mortar as you partake and learn in our original Fufu pounding workshop:
Then enjoy the fruits of your labour in an exquisitely presented Dinner featuring:a number of different fufus and 2 delectable West African stews.
To keep the festivity going, savor our renowned imagine yourself on safari, or luxuriating on the plains of Africa under the ancient Baobab sipping on the juice of it's fruits in our Baobab Bliss - "The Tree of Life" cocktail, as you invigorate your senses with this glorious traditional and nutritious superfood.
End the evening on a sweet note with the popular Velvety Dèguè, as you further sample the reimagining of the palates of our ancestors amidst the luxuries of Clapham and Battersea with our delicious desserts derived from millet, yogurts and plantains delightfully dusted with cinnamon.
