Before we officially launch Slow Dating, we’re inviting the community to an open session to see, understand, and challenge our process.
This event is for everyone — whether you filled out our questionnaire or not.
Slow Dating was created because many dating events and social clubs today feel rushed, performative, and disconnected from real human intention. Speed dating pushes people through conversations. Large social clubs focus on volume. Dating spaces often prioritize outcomes over understanding.
We decided to pause — and build something different.
This session is not a dating event.
There will be no live matching, no speed rounds, and no forced interactions.
Instead, this is a transparent walkthrough of how Slow Dating actually works behind the scenes, including our intentional matchmaking process.
During this session, we will:

• Explain why we intentionally reject speed dating and high-pressure formats
• Walk you through our Slow Dating philosophy and values
• Show how our matchmaking process is designed, step by step
• Explain how questionnaires, values, timing, and readiness are considered
• Clarify what Slow Dating is — and what it is very intentionally not
• Open the floor for honest feedback, questions, and discussion before launch

This is a calm, respectful space created for people who want clarity before participating, and for those who believe connection should be thoughtful, paced, and human.
