Be. Play. Love. is about unleashing Love & Connection. It's a deep, playful, transformative gathering to rediscover the art of authentic, real relating.

✨ In this event we come together to bring deeper consciousness and intention into how we relate.
✨ We bring practices and games that allow us to deepen whatever we come into relationship with.
✨We will practice staying in our body and hearts.
✨ We will practice operating from courage and love, not fear.
✨A relational adventure for the body, mind and soul.
This is an invitation for more meaning, intimacy, creativity, interconnectivity, surrender, discernment, and collective intelligence.
This is a social experience designed to reconnect you with yourself and others, deepening the intimacy of your relationships.
We have three main intentions:
🧘🏻♀️Be: Learning to be with and stay in connection with yourself.
👯 Play: Tapping into curiosity, innocence, and play to dissolve barriers & open up deeper.
♥️ Love: Practicing love in both our own being and in action.
The bottom line is love, no doubt.
Unconditional, non-romantic, expansive love. Perhaps we can feel a glimpse of that.
🚀 More things you should know:
– We will engage in activities that include touch with others (always in non-sexual ways)
– Openness and the willingness to be vulnerable are important to fully enjoy the event
– In all of our events, I like to take people to the edges of their comfort zones in service to expansion and growth.
– All activities are invitations and you do not have to participate
– Activities will include talking, movement and sitting on the floor.
