LOCKPICKING Picking Night / Open Craft Night

Details

As part of our outreach to TOOOL, we are sponsoring a monthly Lockpicking event to encourage like minded individuals to gather, greet, and pick the night away!!! No experience required, just a desire to learn is all that is needed. Anyone can pick, if you don't believe us, come on down and try it for yourself!

At this time, we are also requesting donations of locks, ...old rusty pad locks(or shiny new ones), door locks (old or shiny[we love shiny locks]), combination locks, handcuffs (with or without keys), prison shackles(no questions asked...wink, wink), practice locks, bicycle locks, key safes, combination safes, etc... in general anything that has a lock may be donated. If you have any of the above mentioned locks, and would be happy to donate them, please bring them with you when you come to help increase the diversity of locks to pick.

Come have a beer (or two[we don't count]) with us, and have fun picking away with fellow pickers!! See you there!!

Open to Public**

In parallel with OPEN CRAFT NIGHT:

Come on down and make stuff! Don't be shy, we love seeing new faces and meeting new MakerBarbians. Bring a project in any state, an idea, or just come to hang out with us while we work on projects, WARNING spontaneous brainstorms are on the forecast.

This event is free and open to the public. It is an ideal time to stop in and see what the MakerBar is all about. Interested in membership, speak to one of our members about the great benefits as well as outstanding community that is MakerBar. Hudson County's one and only Hackerspace.

Doors open at 7-till ?????

**Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
