Makers Market & Events Center (MMEC) is thrilled to offer a diverse range of craft classes, perfect for both beginners and experienced crafters. Led by talented instructors from our community, our classes provide a fun and creative outlet for everyone.
Current and Upcoming Classes:
Basket Weaving Classes: Learn to craft different styles of baskets, perfect for gifts or home decor. Classes are scheduled on August 31, September 22, October 12, November 2, November 9, and December 7. Each session starts at 11 AM and runs until finished. Costs start at $45 + up, with a non-refundable $5 deposit required to reserve your seat. Remainder due before class starts.Limited to 13 participants.
Beaded Pumpkin Class with Marcia Goehring: $15 Create a unique beaded pumpkin decoration on September 7, 2024, at 10 AM, perfect for your autumn decor. with a non-refundable $5 deposit required to reserve your seat. Remainder due before class starts.
Beach Glass Pictures with Carol Byers (Coming Soon): Capture the beauty of nature by creating stunning pictures using beach glass.
Halloween Painting Class with Carol Byers (Coming Soon): Get into the Halloween spirit by painting a festive masterpiece this October.
Paper Quilling Classes with Alexis McEathron: Explore the delicate art of paper quilling with Alexis McEathron. Learn how to roll, shape, and glue strips of paper to create intricate designs and patterns. Contact us to set up your class time and reserve your spot. $5 an hour.
