### Welcome to The Maker’s Lounge: Mt Eden’s Cosy Craft Collective!
Are you a local woman who loves the joy of making things by hand?
Whether you are into the patient world of dollhouse miniatures and book nooks, the cosy textures of knitting, crochet, and needle felting, or the structure of sewing, embossing metal, or dioramas - this space is for you.
What We Are About: This is a dedicated, ladies-only community group designed to bring creative women together. It’s a space to work on your current MIM (Masterpiece in the Making), share ideas, learn from each other, and enjoy good company.
The Space: Forget cramped café tables! We are incredibly lucky to meet in a beautiful, spacious, non-commercial venue right here in Mt Eden.
We have:
- Large, sturdy tables for spreading out big projects (perfect for dioramas, sewing, or cutting).
- Comfy couches for knitters, crocheters, and hand-stitchers.
- Excellent lighting, television screens, and full kitchen/bathroom facilities.
- Complimentary tea and coffee.
The Golden Rule: This group is strictly about community, creativity, and connection. There are absolutely no sales pitches, multi-level marketing (MLMs), or commercial agendas. Just pure, uninterrupted craft time with a lovely group of women.
