# While you're waiting to "figure out AI," your competitors already have it running.

One weekend — Friday to Sunday. No time off work, no boss to ask. This workshop doesn't teach you about AI: you sit down with your actual data, your actual tools, and your actual problem — and you build something that's running before you leave the room.
For founders, operators, and product people who want AI doing real work for them. You pick a problem from your own work on Day 1. You build an agent that solves it. You demo it live on Day 3.

YOUR WEEKEND
Day 1 — Your first agent, deployed before you leave. What an agent actually is — a goal, tools, and a loop. When you need an agent vs. when a simple automation wins. Build the Personal Scout: an agent that searches, judges, and emails you a digest — deployed on a schedule, so it keeps running every Monday long after the workshop.

Day 2 — Your agent, on your real work. Flowchart your real task, confirmed 1:1 with the instructor. Build on your real data and tools from minute one — no toy data. Safe access: least privilege, drafts-not-sends, prompt injection shown live.

Day 3 — Make it a product. Ship it. From "works when I run it" to "runs without me." Wire it into your inbox, Slack, or sheets. Know what it costs to run. Demo it live to the room.

Tools: Claude Code, Claude API, Composio, GitHub Actions, Exa.
No coding background required — you'll be working in the terminal before lunch on Day 1.
