Great teamwork needs accountability

Details

Like it or not, all teams are potentially dysfunctional. Happily, the causes of dysfunction are both identifiable and reversible.

In this 'Great teamwork needs' series, we will explore The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (Patrick Lencioni). In this session, we will examine the AVOIDANCE for ACCOUNTABILITY, and, together with participants, you will reflect and define the steps to build a more cohesive team.

The following event will explore the last dysfunction: INATTENTION TO RESULTS.

The session will last 75 minutes and, for the next 15 minutes, we will be online to discuss more with you and other teamwork enthusiasts.

We will use MURAL, and if you haven't used it so far, we recommend a quick and enjoyable check-in: https://bit.ly/3shXJBn.
