Teamwork: Reflect and Look Forward

It's time for a yearly wrap-up! Nothing better than reflecting and looking forward together.

​In 2021 we explored topics such as The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; Teamwork & Agile; Culture Design; Nonviolent Communication; Active Listening; Psychological Safety; Retrospective; Engagement; Facilitation; Team Needs; and Feedback. Can you believe it?

​More than teamwork, we learned more about ourselves and built connections. To wrap up this year and plan the next one, we, together with Hailey Temple, invite you for the session 'Teamwork: Reflect and Look Forward'.

​You will have the chance to connect with peers from the community, share what impacted you most, how you used the knowledge in practice, and reflect on what you still need to learn. You will also make wishes and help us shape the MakeTeamWork LAB priorities for the following year.

​The session will last 60 minutes and, for the next 15 minutes, we will be online to discuss more with teamwork enthusiasts.
