Feedback Culture in Teams

Details

Join our global teamwork safe space and learn effective approaches and models of feedback. You will practice, reflect with peers from all over the world and strategise how to use it for yourself and your teams.

Why is feedback such a relevant topic for us at MakeTeamWork?
Feedback helped us personally and professionally, allowing us to open up and build strong relationships with our teams and family members.

We help teams open up and speak out - we aim to help you and your teams grow faster, empowering organisations to launch a culture of open discussion and trust.

During the session, you will:

  • learn what Social Science comprehend about feedback
  • reflect on your feedback practice - best practices & strategies
  • experiment with models of feedback (yeah, learning by doing!)
  • coach, gain perspective of others, and hopefully, have fun

The session will last for 1 hour:

  • 10 minutes for input (what, why, how + models)
  • 30 minutes of experimentation (group reflection, discussions in a breakout room)
  • 15 minutes of wrap-up
  • 5 minutes for feedback and checkout

More or less, as we always leave space for change and adaptation :)

See you there!
