🐾Welcome to Making Connections DMV! This group is dedicated to honoring the legacy of Daisy’s Legacy, a local rescue organization situated in the DMV area that is committed to rescuing animals in need and helping them find loving, forever homes. 🐾
If you are interested in fostering, adopting, or volunteering, we warmly invite you to become an integral part of our community. As the Community Outreach Coordinator for Daisy’s Legacy, I am excited to share that we will be hosting a variety of events throughout the year that aim to raise awareness for our mission and promote animal welfare. 🐶
We are seeking passionate volunteers who are eager to contribute to our cause. These volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in monthly meet-ups where we can collaboratively discuss different outreach programs. During these gatherings, we will focus on strategies to help animals get adopted, as well as educate the public on the importance of responsible pet ownership.
