How to work together?

Hi guys, I have to schedule this meet-up since receiving quite a few queries for same. In this meeting we are going to discuss only about “how to work together?” We have reached the tally of 104 members & we all can’t work together on one subject; so the only idea comes to me is that we all should be divided into teams. In each team there will be combination of mix skills (Writer, Director, Cinematographer, Composer, Actor, Editor, etc) and the members with experience/non-experience. First & foremost each one has to specify their expertise. Questions about who will direct the film, members with more than one skill, how to give credits to each member will require instance discussion & terms will be made. Each team can make short film of any genre or subject they are interested in. We all are together & will help each other, but over here individual team will finalize the main concept to work on. As of now teams will be divided only for those members who are attending this meet-up, but we will also discuss about the members who were not able to attend due to some personal reason. I completely understand that not each & every member will agree to this and I am open for any suggestions. Plz do let me know.
