Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and find your inner peace with guided meditation, soothing music, and authentic relating. This is your chance to unwind, destress, and recharge in a welcoming and tranquil environment.
Through guided meditation and shared reflection, we’ll create a space for grounding, release, and renewal. Whether you’re new to mindfulness practices or have years of experience, you’ll be supported in cultivating presence and ease.
What to Expect:- A guided meditation to quiet the mind
- Deep relating & witnessing exercises
- Simple tools you can bring into daily life
- Embodiment / Artistic expression
- Space for reflection and optional sharing in community

Drop-ins welcome!A Space to Grieve is a welcoming community gathering for anyone navigating loss, change, or grief in its many forms. Together, we create a safe and compassionate space to share, listen, and simply be with what arises.
Each session blends grounding practices (such as meditation or reflection) with supportive conversation in community. You are invited to come exactly as you are—there is no need to have the “right” words or to share more than feels comfortable.
This group is not about fixing or rushing grief. Instead, it’s about making room for it, honoring your unique process, and remembering that you are not alone.
Who it’s for:
- Anyone experiencing grief, whether from death, endings, transitions, or other forms of loss
- Those seeking connection, validation, and community in their healing process
- People curious about grief work in a supportive, open-hearted setting
What to expect:
- Guided meditation or grounding practice
- Gentle prompts for reflection
- Space to share (if you wish) and listen in community
- A compassionate, non-judgmental environment
- Access to embodiment classes at local gyms & yoga studios
