Community Movement Practice
Feeling disconnected from your body or curious about movement without the pressure of a traditional dance class?
This flow is all about moving freely, listening to your body, and finding your own rhythm. With Marina, we’ll explore non-goal-directed movement in a low-pressure, supportive environment—no choreography or dance technique required. Rooted in the idea that humans have long used collective movement to build connection, Community Movement offers a gentle reentry point into creative expression.
We’ll focus on proprioception, discovering what movements feel good in your unique body, and strengthening your creative instincts in an approachable way. This class is for anyone new to or returning to movement, with the belief that everyone is a dancer—the key is learning the language of movement.
No experience needed — just come as you are. Whether you’re new or returning after a break, this space invites joy, expression, and connection through movement.
