A Space to Grieve
Details
No long-term commitment — attend whenever you feel called.
A Space to Grieve is a gentle, welcoming donation-based community gathering for anyone navigating loss, change, or grief in any form. Together, we create a safe and compassionate space to be with what arises.
Each session includes simple grounding practices (like meditation or reflection) and supportive conversation in community. You are welcome to come exactly as you are — sharing is always optional.
This space is not about fixing or rushing grief. It’s about making room for it, honoring your process, and remembering you are not alone.
This space is for you if you are:
- Experiencing grief from death, endings, transitions, or other losses
- Seeking connection, understanding, and community
- Curious about grief work in a supportive, open-hearted setting
What to expect:
- Guided grounding or meditation
- Gentle reflection prompts
- Space to share (if you wish) and to listen
- A compassionate, non-judgmental environment
Come as you are. All identities, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome.
Important Note: All Making Space events are peer-led and non-clinical. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, please contact 911 or your local emergency services.
