Halo LAN party Retreat

I'm hosting a free weekend play retreat at my place in Fredericksburg (~1hr 15min from ATX).
We'll be playing video games and running sports all day. Super chill, nothing too competitive.
Guys only, 8 spots total. Here are the details:
INDOOR PLAY:
The living room has 3 areas:
- LAN Lounge: we have a 10-station PC (5v5) esports setup. We’ll be running classic games like Halo 1, Left 4 Dead 2, Garry's Mod TTT, etc.
- Smash Bros: up to 8 players here
- Board games
OUTDOOR PLAY:
We'll head to a nearby park and run flag football, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball, and kickball.
LOGISTICS:
when: Saturday 11AM - Sunday 5PM
where: My home in Fredericksburg (1hr 15min from ATX)
sleep: two shared bedrooms with bunk beds. 4 guys per room
food: hamburgers, pizza, brisket
WHAT TO BRING:
- pillow + blanket
- toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste)
- clothes for gaming, outdoor sports, and sleeping
