Welcome to Málaga English Guided Meditation & Mindfulness — a calm, friendly space for deep relaxation, clarity, and inner renewal.
I offer mindfulness training, and deep relaxation guided meditation (gentle, safe, and beginner-friendly). Some events also include energy/aura cleansing visualizations and “inner light” practices — offered in a grounded way, focused on felt experience rather than beliefs.

Format
Most events are English and include a short introduction, a guided practice, and optional sharing/Q&A.
We host in-person sessions in Málaga (and may occasionally offer online sessions too).
