Level: Beginners to intermediate, no previous experience with yoga or meditation necessary

The structure of lesson is as follows:

1. Introduction to Hatha yoga for beginners
2. Introduction to Vipassana meditation
3. Tea and talk about interesting things in the nearby nice place Cafe Shanao
   What to bring: Yogamat or towel, lots of warm clothes for meditation, water, good mood, friends, pets
   Entry: Free
