Meeting time: 16.30 hrs.
Programme: Walking from Plaza Merced up the Monte Victoria, there introduction to Vipassana and Sunset meditation, and after sunset walk back to Plaza Merced. After the hike chat and food in "100 Montaditos".
What to bring: IMPORTANT: It is windy on the mountain, it is necessary that you bring many layers of clothes, namely WINTER JACKET! Big bottle of water, comfortable shoes and plenty of clothes, snack, friends, pets, good mood.
