Programme: Walking from the bus stop through Playa El Palo, to Penon de Cuervo, there Sunset meditation. Back with bus to city centre.
What to bring: Big bottle of water, sunscreen, sun protection (hat), comfortable shoes and lots of clothes, snack, something to sit on for meditation.
