Programme: Walking from bus stop to Playa Sacaba, the most beautiful beach of Malaga, then to Espigon de Sacaba, there introduction to Vipassana and Sunset meditation, and after sunset walk back.
What to bring: Something to sit on for meditation. Big bottle of water, comfortable shoes and plenty of clothes, snack, friends, pets, good mood.
