Program: Walking to see the flamingoes in PN Rio Guadalhorce, meditation and going to Guadalmar for bus to centre.
What to bring: Something to sit on for meditation. Big bottle of water, comfortable shoes and plenty of clothes, snack, friends, pets, good mood.
