Join us to celebrate the International Day of Yoga by the sea! 🌊🌕
On June 21st, thousands of people around the world will roll out their mats to celebrate the International Day of Yoga — and we’ll be right there with them, flowing together under the golden light of the longest day of the year. The Summer Solstice is a powerful turning point — in nature and within ourselves. A time to realign, release, and open up to new intentions. 🌞
We’ll begin with a heart-opening Vinyasa yoga flow, gently guiding you back into your body and breath. As the sun dips lower, we’ll shift into stillness, resting in a deeply nourishing savasana, accompanied by the calming, meditative sounds of live handpan music.
