Where am I at this point in my life?
Which areas of my life are in alignment with me, and which aren’t?
Today we’re going to explore these questions and the areas of our lives through a short breathwork exercise, simple yet profound questions, and the Wheel of Life 🌻
What to bring
All you need is:
- something to sit or lie on (like a mat or towel)
- a notebook 📖
- a pen (or anything you like to write or draw with) 🖊
How does it work?
- We’ll start by slowing down our thoughts and reconnecting with ourselves through a brief breathwork practice 🌬
- Next, we’ll answer some simple yet meaningful questions in our notebook that will help us look at ourselves honestly and get into the right mindset ✍️
- Finally, we’ll create and complete our wheel of life. I’ll guide you in building a wheel that truly reflects your life right now and in using it in a way that can genuinely support you 💫
Before we wrap up, there will be a little time to share thoughts, reflections, whatever you’ve experienced, or whatever you feel like sharing.
At the same time, you’ll be able to listen to others and realize that, perhaps, we’re closer than we think 🌼
After this moment, the activity will come to an end.
