Join us this Friday at Playa de la Misericordia for an evening of beach volleyball designed for those who want more than just a casual game.

Whether you used to play in high school, haven’t touched a ball in years, or play occasionally but want to get better — this is your place.
We’ll set up 2 nets, each with a different rhythm and focus:

*🏐 Beginner +Plus & Lower Intermediate Court (4 vs 4):
A relaxed and supportive space to rebuild confidence, get more touches on the ball, and enjoy the game without pressure.
🔥 Intermediate & intermediate + plus Court (2 vs 2):
For those ready to move more, refine technique, and challenge themselves while still keeping a friendly, encouraging vibe.

From there, an experienced instructor will guide you through a 2-hour yoga session designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with your body and mind. This first class is completely free — an invitation to explore, reset, and be present.
As the practice unfolds, something subtle happens: awareness turns into openness. And openness makes connection effortless.
After the session, we’ll continue the experience with a casual group lunch at a local restaurant nearby, where conversations flow naturally — no forcing, just shared moments.
