An experience designed for those who enjoy Malaga wines and authentic flavors. Four wines, four steps, a food pairing crafted to highlight every note, aroma, and texture:
1️⃣ Late harvest organic Muscat of Alexandria
puff pastry with blue cheese, pears, walnuts, honey, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh rosemary.
2️⃣ Kalma Rosé
strawberry gazpacho, tuna tartare, baby arugula, crunchy green apple, lime, and pink pepper.
3️⃣ Kalma White (Muscat of Alexandria)
grilled sea bass with thyme-glazed carrots and lemon-herb butter sauce.
4️⃣ Pampanito (natural sweet wine)
