Help Celebrate ME--my birthday!

Okay, let's meet all the way at the top of Corral Canyon.

If you haven't been up there yet, prepare yourself to be in Awe!

The drive up is twisty and picturesque.

Yes, we'll go check out the caves where the legend Jim Morrison supposedly tripped on Acid.

We'll also do one of 3 different hikes up there.

Corral Canyon is located on Pacific Coast Highway North of Pepperdine University. You'll see it on the right after you pass Malibu Seafood. Turn RIGHT and drive all the way to the top (about 5 miles up). It will turn into a dirt road. Park in the dirt lot.

Yay--today was a lot cooler than it has been so hopefully it will stay this way. That hot stuff was not my favorite weather to do anything in!

Bring lots of water. We will probably be out there for at least 2 hours.

Everyone will go at a different pace so don't worry if you think you can't keep up--there almost always is someone out there who hikes at your pace.

It will be a fun afternoon. Perhaps, if we feel the need for food afterward, we will indulge somewhere nearby.
