Track 2: The Efficiency Lab
Every discussion topic is paired with an efficiency lab This exercise guides you through a rigorous 7-Step Systems Audit specific to that workshop’s theme:
- Identify Bottlenecks: Pinpoint exactly where your current process is choking.
- Prioritize & Automate: Sort recurring manual tasks and move them to the "machine layer."
- Tool Selection: Choose the specific software stack needed for that process.
- SOP Development: Create the "Standard Operating Procedures" so your team stays consistent.
- Gap Analysis: Look at the distance between your current system and world-class service.
- Close the Gap: Map out the exact automation or workflow change needed to fix it.
- Error Analysis: Review the new process to ensure it doesn't create new friction.
