No instruments or experience required—just a desire to share and connect. Whether you're looking to ground, release, raise energy -- or simply just want to vibe in community, all are welcome.

Some loaner drums will be provided, but feel free to bring something of your own! A water bottle and a blanket are recommended for your comfort. Limited seating is available.
