This group is for you.
We are a community of local moms creating a sanctuary for relaxation, self-care, and genuine friendship. Our focus is on two powerful ways to replenish our well-being: the healing vibrations of sound baths and the joyful ritual of skincare.
What to Expect:
· Monthly Sound Bath Sessions: Immerse yourself in gentle waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. This deeply meditative experience is designed to melt away stress, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling centered and renewed. No experience needed—just show up and lie down!
· Skincare & Self-Care Socials: Let’s share what makes us feel good! We’ll host casual gatherings to swap favorite products (from clean beauty to indulgent treats), share tips, and enjoy the simple pleasure of taking care of our skin together. Think pampering, not pressure.
· A Judgment-Free Zone: This is a space to unwind, be yourself, and meet other moms without any agenda. Come as you are—whether you’re in activewear or just need an hour to yourself.
