Welcome to Mama Rx & Me – a wellness and play group for first-time moms and their little ones (ages 0–3)! I’m a pharmacist and new mama passionate about building a supportive community where we can learn, create, and grow together.
At our meetups, we’ll:
• Make DIY baby-friendly skincare and wellness items
• Have supportive, informative chats led by a pharmacist (that’s me!)
• Share tips and stories about motherhood
• Let our little ones play and explore in a safe, fun space
• Build lasting friendships with like-minded moms
*meetups may have a small materials fee
