Mamaya Health’s virtual, peer-led support group for BIPOC moms is a dedicated space for Black, Indigenous, and moms of color to share their experiences, uplift one another, and foster community. This one-hour, monthly session provides a safe, empowering environment to discuss the joys and challenges of motherhood, rooted in the unique cultural perspectives and lived experiences of BIPOC moms.

Who Should Join?
This group is for Black, Indigenous, and moms of color at any stage of motherhood. Whether you’re a new mom, seasoned parent, or somewhere in between, this space is for you to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Logistics:
- Format: Virtual via secure video conferencing.
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Frequency: Weekly on Wednesdays at 4pm CST, at a convenient time for participants.
