If your birth experience left you feeling shaken, overwhelmed, or changed in ways you didn’t expect—this space is for you.
The Mamaya Health Birth Trauma Support Circle is a virtual, peer-led group created for parents who have experienced emotional, psychological, or physical trauma during childbirth. Whether your birth trauma was recent or many years ago, this group offers a safe and validating space to share, heal, and connect.
We meet once a month for a one-hour session, offering compassionate support and tools to help you feel less alone in your experience.
Topics may include:
• Processing grief, fear, or disappointment around birth
• Navigating medical trauma and postpartum triggers
• Rebuilding trust in your body and yourself
• Finding moments of healing, strength, and self-compassion
Who this group is for: Parents at any stage of the healing journey after a traumatic birth experience
