What we’re about
Mamaya Health: Parenting Support Circle
Parenting is beautiful, exhausting, and everything in between—and you don’t have to do it alone.
The Mamaya Health Parenting Support Circle is a virtual, peer-led group for parents looking for a supportive space to connect, share, and breathe. Whether you’re parenting toddlers, teens, or somewhere in between, this group is here to hold space for the real moments—joy, chaos, burnout, and all.
We meet once a month for a one-hour session to talk about the highs, lows, and everyday realities of raising humans. No judgment, no pressure—just support from people who get it.
Topics may include:
• The mental load of parenting
• Boundaries, guilt, and balance (or lack of it!)
• Co-parenting, solo parenting, and everything in between
• Celebrating small wins and surviving tough days
Who this group is for: Parents of children of any age or stage
Where we meet: Online (Zoom)
How often: Weekly, Mondays at 10am CST
Cost: Free
This is your space to feel seen, supported, and not so alone in the mess and magic of parenthood. We can’t wait to meet you.
