$120 per person for 2 nights trip (Friday and Saturday Nights, leaving on Sunday).

This is an adults-only non-smoking trip.

Winterset Townhomes is a small, quiet 33-unit complex with the units spread out so there is lots of space and ample parking.

Large 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo that is walking distance to Von's and restaurants on Old Mammoth Road. Shuttle stop right in front of the complex. This is our own condo that is not normally a rental, so it is nicer than most, and arrival/departure times are flexible. There are no parking hassles (park at the front door!) and there is a nice jacuzzi and sauna. There is free wifi, large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped gourmet cook's kitchen.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bath has a shower.

These beds are available as of right now:

Bedroom 1 has 4 bunks;

Bedroom 2 has 4 bunks;

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed;

Everyone gets a bed, no one on the couch

We will have an optional group dinner at the condo on Saturday Night. Always a fun social event where we all relax after a day of "shredding" and share wine, cooking secrets, special treats, and talk story about our adventures on the slopes and otherwise!

Refund policy:

Full refund if cancel 21 days prior to trip, minus $20 per person cancel fee.

75% refund if cancel 14-20 days prior to trip.

No refund if cancel 13 or less days before trip.

If you cancel between 7-13 days before trip, and I am able to fill all the spots at full price, then I will issue a refund for amount paid minus $50 per person. It often takes a lot of time to fill spots on short notice, so I charge the fee to cover my time.

When you sign on you will be moved to the waiting list until you secure your spot with payment, that way, other members know how many spots are currently available. Be sure to fill out the questions regarding your contact information. I will contact you shortly by email with more details about this trip, including information about how to move from waiting list to "GOING".
