Dear friends,we are inviting you to Alella, a charming town just outside Barcelona, where we'll embark on a scenic hike through the rolling hills. The hike will take around 3.5 hours, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes and Mediterranean coastline.

🍷🍇 After our journey through nature, we'll arrive at a local bar, (optional )
famous among locals, where we can relax and enjoy a well-deserved tasting of the region's renowned wines and have some tapas if you want.It's the perfect combination of adventure and indulgence!

📅 How will be our Day?

👋· Meeting point: at 09:45 a.m. **Gran via de les Corts Catalanes-Nápols( Av.Can Galvany).**📍
📍 At this point exactly bus stop 🚌
🚌 10:03 we leave from Barcelona with the bus (E19)
☕10.45-11:15 Stop for a quick coffee,getting to know each other 😍
🚶 11:30 We start our little hike.
🍷🥪 14:00 Lunch time
🍷15:30 we hit to a local famous bar (if we are lucky we sit all together,they don't allow reservation but we try our luck :)
🚌 17:00 Finishing degustation walking to bus station.
🔙 17:30-18:00 We leave to Barcelona.

WHAT THIS HIKE IS ABOUT 🌄
In December, an incredible amount of snow fell, so you really can’t miss the chance to go snowshoeing in the mountains 🙂❄️. There are several great places for this kind of hike in the Pyrenees, but in some areas there’s currently a risk of avalanches, and in others it’s simply impossible to get there because of the huge number of tourists.
But there is one place that’s just perfect for a Sunday walk — Rasos de Peguera 🏔✨
There used to be a ski resort there, and now it’s a place where you can come and wander through a snow-covered forest 🌲❄️. And there’s plenty of space to explore: the views that open up from some points are absolutely mind-blowing 😍📸.
And most importantly — it’s safe, and the elevation changes aren’t too big, so the route is suitable for any level 🙂

Friends, meet our son — Leo 👶✨

He’s 10 months old now and he’s very jealous that you go hiking while he doesn’t 😄
So he decided it was time to organize his own little hikes 🥾🚼
Every month, Leo will lead a small group of babies (no more than 10 little adventurers 👣) to new places 🌿

These events are completely free, but registration is required 📝

👉 Leo’s first hike will take place next week on Montjuïc, with strollers 🚼
👶 Age: 0–18 months

WHAT THIS HIKE IS ABOUT 🌄

❄️Let's spend winter weekend together! What could be better than going to the mountains that are covered in snow?:)

The plan is to sleep over at Comes de Rubio shelter(by the way, it's Mamut hiking favorite) and do snowshoeing for two days!

🏠 The Mountain Shelter where we will spend the night ,is a real treasure! It is the highest above the others in Pyrenees,1980 m. built up during the war, it kept the objects of that times inside of the shelter, we can all see them inside. The guardian,who lives there Paco, has been leaving there already for over 26 years!

❄️On that 2 days trip we will have an opportunity to discover the glacier of the Comes de Rubió, and will make a circular route and ascend to the Torreta de l'Orri (2,438m)-the highest point of the summit. It has a 360 degree view on all the mountains!

It will be 10 km snowshoes hike. Challenging and full of beautiful views!
❄️We will be descending through the wild forest -a real winter ferry tail!

❄️ DAY ONE

🚗08.15 We are meeting in the centre (in what’s up group will be the address)
☕12.00 We have our coffee or lunch and start walking with snowshoes to the Shelter ( 7 km)
🍔By 19 we will reach our Mountain shelter and 19:30 we will have our nice Dinner and if we have time we can practise orientation or a first aid.(hiking games ,and singing songs: )

❄️ DAY TWO
☕8:00 A.M. Breakfast .
🚶9.00 A.M.leaving the Shelter (leaving backpacks at the shelter)
❄️10.00 starting snowshoes hike
☕16.30 Reaching the shelter,hot tea,coffee time
🚗18.00 getting back to our cars
