ROUTE INFORMATION 👇

⛰️ Linear route that starts from the town of Villanova (40 minutes by train from Barcelona 🚆) to Sitges along the coast 🌊

⭐ Ideal for a quiet plan, close to Barcelona, breathing sea air and meeting new people 🧑‍🤝‍🧑👋

🍺 At the beginning of the route we will do swimming at the beach with professional sportsman Polina 👧 (EASY FOR BEGINNERS)

After the class we can have little breakfast ,and as always at the end of the route,we will grab some drinks to share our experience of the end of the day:)

MEETING POINT

👋 At this exact point in Sants Station at 09:45

We will be at the main hall ,above the clock,near the machines (picture will be sent by what’s up in the group) 📍

TRANSPORT

🚆We will all take the train together at Sants Station (purchase free ticket at the station)

ROUTE

🟢 We will start at the Villanova train station.
⛰️ The route is 9,5 km, about 2,5 hours and it is an easy level, since it is practically flat.
🍱 We will eat along the way and end up in Sitges having a drink 🍺 Even though we can stop at hidden beach along the way 🤫

Right next to Catalonia, Aragón hides an amazing region full of dramatic canyons, crystal-clear rivers, waterfalls and unique geological landscapes. 🪨🌿

This time we will explore the spectacular Sierra de Guara, one of the most famous canyoning areas in Europe. The Alcanadre River has carved deep ravines and gorges here, creating an incredible natural playground. 🌊🧗‍♂️

Our hike will start near Morrano village and descend through beautiful canyon landscapes until we reach the stunning Tamara waterfall, where we will have lunch, relax and swim. 🥪🏊‍♀️✨

💦 Important: this will be a water hike — most of the route will be inside the river, walking through water, natural pools and rocky passages.
To finish the adventure, we will visit the magnificent Salto de Bierge / Falls of Bierge — a perfect place to swim, relax and enjoy the day in good company. 🌞💦

🥰🐚How will be our Day?

· 🥪Meeting point: VIVARI CAFE (metro FABRA Y PUIG) at 07:30 a.m.
· 🏠We arrive to the town Biergue to have a coffee and get to know each other before starting our route.
· 🚶‍♂️We start our route in Morrano ,just 10 min drive from the coffee place!
· 🕒Around 17:00 p.m. we finish our hike and will arrive to the giant waterfall where we can enjoy the view and have a coffee or beer J
·🚌 At 6 p.m. we will return to the bus,it will take us 3 hours to get to Barcelona.

### 🏕️ Details of the place

Andorra is a famous place to go to ski in winter, but not so many people actually know that Andorra is just amazing in summer! Beautiful valleys and the mountains, all of this is coming with the pure lakes.

🏕️It is great going there in summer, because Andorra is located on a height up to 2400 meters above the sea level. We will discover untouchable lakes in this beautiful country. After a hike we will visit a tiny village called Incles, this is from where we start our track and finish it.

🏕️The Incles valley is probably the prettiest valley in Andorra, still unspoiled by ugly buildings, wide roads and traffic. Walking along this valley in spring is like walking through a botanical garden. As the valley is relatively flat, it is an outing for everybody. We will stop at the end of the valley and will have a picnic surrounded by magnificent scenery. incles valley is a "must" and you should not miss this almost magical place.

How will be our Day?

· Meeting point: VIVARI CAFE (metro FABRA Y PUIG) at 7:30 a.m.
🚌· 7:45 we leave from Barcelona
🥪· 10.00 Stop for the breakfast and meeting the group.(30 min)
🥾· 11:45 We will be in our hiking destination in Andorra and will start our hike.
🥪· 15:00 Lunch time on the hiking route.
🚌· 18:00 going back to Barcelona.(will stop for a bathroom on the half way)

The Vías Verdes are cycling and walking trails found across Spain, created from old abandoned railway lines. They pass through beautiful rural landscapes and are perfect for enjoying nature in a relaxed way.
Here in Terres de l’Ebre, Catalonia, two connected routes run from the mountains of Terra Alta down through the Ebro Valley to Tortosa, and even further towards the Ebro Delta.
You can walk any part of the trail, but cycling is the best way to enjoy more of it in one day. As the routes were originally built for trains, there are no steep climbs, making them ideal for families and casual cyclists.
The section from Horta de Sant Joan to Tortosa is mostly gently downhill, so you hardly need to pedal — just enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.

📅 What is the plan?

We start cycling from Horta de Sant Joan, with spectacular mountains around us. Along the way, we may see griffon vultures and, if we are lucky, even mountain goats.
The route is 34 km and finishes in Xerta, where we can relax at a café with a cold drink.
We will ride through old tunnels and bridges, some of them dark enough to need headlamps — adding a bit of adventure!
Halfway, we stop at Fontcalda, a beautiful natural pool surrounded by cliffs, where we can swim, cool down, and have a picnic.
At the end, we follow the majestic Ebro River for the last few kilometres.

🏖️The bus takes us at 8:15 It can wait maximum of 5 minutes, so please do not be late. It will take us about 2 hours to get there.
