Suzanne Kietselaer is an acknowledged global specialist in executive coaching and adult development. She currently holds a role as the president of global coaching at Leadership Circle and she is an executive coach and senior leadership facilitator, facilitating vertical growth and transformation with leaders, leadership teams, and organizations. She has over 16 years of experience and she worked at various international coaching and leadership development companies. She holds various certifications and (coach) training, ao as a certified agile coach. She has led a large (18-months, 5 continents) transformation program where a team of coaches helped 300 leadership teams transform an entire line of business to more agile ways of working, starting with the individual. This was a true example of Individual change that creates business transformation and it proved extremely successful to shape their new ways of working through the individual.
