“Wake up with the Birds!” With Merrimac Farm Virginia Master Naturalist and Veteran Bird Watcher Candice Lowther

Join Candice at the office near the entrance booth (on the right) Sept. 24th, 7am till 9am!

Grab your family and your binoculars and head out for a terrific bird watching experience. Candice teaches our Master Naturalist Ornithology class and will help you discover birds in their habitat, how to effectively use your binoculars to find them and will share identifying tips.

In addition to being a great teacher, Candice has trained herself to be able to identify hundreds of birds from their songs alone. You will be amazed!
