Advanced Jiu-Jitsu (no gi) at One Spirit Martial Arts in Herndon

This class focuses on advanced Jiu-Jitsu concepts, including takedowns, positional drilling, submissions, transitions, situational sparring, strategy development, and live training.

This class is designed to be faster-paced and may involve a high volume of rolling.

While the class is scheduled for one hour, it may occasionally run up to 90 minutes depending on content and participation.

The drop-in fee for non-members is $20, payable on-site.
